CS1010 -- Computer Programming

Fall 2004

This course provides an introduction to software development using the Java programming language. Particular emphasis is placed on the design process and the reuse of existing software components, which are critical to the development of large software systems. Topics covered include data types, assignment statements, operators, I/O statements, control constructs, looping techniques, library functions, user defined functions, and arrays. Quizzes

Quizzes will be given nearly every week at the beginning of lab. The lowest quiz score will be dropped. No make-up quizzes will be given.
